1 General Introduction & Applicability

3 Account Responsibilities & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your bgn33 account and the confidentiality of your password. All activity carried out from your account — whether by you or by anyone else — is your responsibility.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• The account may not be operated in the name of, or handed over to, any third party.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out at the end of each session.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bgn33 supports only the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.) Please note that transactions must be made from a mobile banking account matching the mobile number registered on the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

5 Bonus & Promotion Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at bgn33, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer applies once and to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• bgn33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games.

• Colluding with other players.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection, server issue, or device problem, bgn33's system records will be treated as final. bgn33 reserves the right to void game results in suspicious circumstances.

• Live markets may close once an event has started.
